Returns & Exchanges
Saint by Sarah Jane takes great pride in each custom made piece of jewelry that leaves our studio. We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order Seneca will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. After 14 days, all sales are final. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include proof of purchase, original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. If your item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed (or emailed) to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they are responsible for finding out about your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please know that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company first.

Prior to shipping your return within the 14 day return window, please notify us via the contact us page on our website that you are sending us a return.
On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
